I was in charge of cleaning and detailing, cooking, table setting and arrangements and service, including silver service.
Giovanni Carai: 32 years old, Italian, fluent in English.
After a Master in Business Strategy, he worked in different restaurant in Ireland and Italy and recently spent two years in Australia employed a Waiter/Bartender in a Fine Dining Restaurant. He worked on board a Yacht as a Steward/Deckhand as well where he was in charge of cleaning and detailing, cooking, table setting and arrangements, service and maintenance.

We both have a Yacht Interior Introduction Certificate.
STCW, Highfield Level 2 Food Safety in Catering, ENG1, Basic Food Service and Introduction Wine Bartending and Mixology.
