I come from Spain and England, and to describe myself in my own words I would say I am energetic, hardworking goal- orientated individual with vast experience of working in large residences in Europe and the Middle East.
Having completed Food and Beverage and Housekeeping training by the renowned Dorchester hotel, I am extremely adept at front of house roles and able to provide the highest level of butler service. I thrive on hard work and I take great pride in my profession.
I also greatly benefit from working within a large team as I am gregarious and enjoy bouncing off my team members and working to provide the best experience for the client.
I am a competent butler because 5-star hospitality is my area of expertise.
I have spent the past 7 years of my professional life building upon my skillset including working in different capacities as housekeeper and a house manager, in different VIP households, to fully understand the whole operation and to appreciate everybody’s duties and responsibilities of what it means to work within a residence, with a view to become an invaluable part of someone’s team in the future.
I truly love delivering top service for my principals and believing that no request is too small or too big.
My interpersonal skills and being able to get along with everyone is something I am proud of and benefits me in building relationships with my colleagues and managers.
My friends/ colleagues would describe me as well-mannered and always wearing a smile as I believe energy is contagious and I try to radiate positivity and approachability to everybody.
As this leads me to believe that happy workers are the best workers, so I put effort in to cultivating a harmonious team environment that is translated to the client.
I am always happy to lend a hand and give advice if requested as I believe that there is always more to learn in any profession.
