I am a French born chef currently living in Paris however I spent 10 years in Melbourne,
Australia from 2012 – 2022. I am fluent in English and French.
When residing in Australia I ran my own successful private chef/catering company for 5 years
as well as worked at well-known Melbourne restaurants and cafés. My website is

cuisine and its produce after my time living in Melbourne.
When living in Paris, before moving to Australia, I worked at a Michelin star restaurant, La
Truffiére, for five years as Sous chef. The restaurant was a mix of French, Italian and
Japanese cuisine. In this restaurant l managed a team of ten, prepared the weekly roster and
handled the ordering process from a range of suppliers across Paris. It was a fast-paced
restaurant that also required strong attention to detail and creativity.
