Hi my name is Kevin Moritz. I am a young, passionate German chef, based in Switzerland, Zurich. Look no further- you have found your CHEF.
Little did i realise that at the tender age of 5, having had my first magical experience of baking with my Oma, her infamous Erdbeerkuchen (strawberry cake), it catapulted me into the fairytale world of culinary adventures. At 15, i was privilidged to share the stage with Germany's 16 best chefs, nominated for the REWE Germany Cup. My journey took me across the globe, from Sylt, Venezuela, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Peru, Moscow, New York and Los Angeles, just to mention a few. This passage broadened my vistas and along with that the diverse cultures and cuisines that i was exposed to, molded me further into the private chef that i am today.
Having worked for Kempinski in St, Moritz; Klaus Erfort ( 3* Guide Michelin), Tim Raue (3* Guide Michelin) exclusive high-end, luxury clinics, the Luxury Kusnacht Practice among a few, discretion is a trait that is parallel to my character. Having also specialised in diet and nutrition, this rounded my skills as a private chef.
My journey and experiences, through the cuisines of the world has honed my skills to the current chef that i am and i am always looking to learn more, to evolve to the best version of myself.
