My entire career has been in hospitality and customer service. At fourteen, my first job was plating homemade desserts and waitressing in the restaurant of a family-run, boutique hotel. Since then, I have been a manager, personal chef, hostess, housekeeper and more. My ambition and devotion to guest satisfaction propelled me into the luxury world of super yachts; hospitality has taken me around the world. Now settled back in charming Shrewsbury, I am on the hunt for a long-term position at an establishment that I can fully dedicate myself to.
I consider myself to be personable, creative and driven. I have a sharp eye for detail and a penchant for organisation. As a leader, I strive to be respectful, communicative and to encourage enthusiasm and talent whilst delegating effectively.
In my free time, I adore dining out at restaurants; my all-time favourite experience is Maestro’s restaurant at Villa Treville in Positano. The innovative dishes and the finest, aesthetic details made it totally captivating. My other passion is sailing regattas; I find the atmosphere completely electric.
