A highly reputable family in Cairo, Egypt is looking for a FEMALE Chef / Sous-Chef to cook for the family with the following criteria : A Professional degree in culinary/cooking from a prestigious school is a must ; English, French or Swiss cuisine, at least 10 years experience in cooking and managing of the kitchen in reputable hotel chains or private entities. Ability to cook for a full staffed household and organize weekly menus. Permanent position, 5 days/week and 2 days off, four weeks annual vacation, or semi- annual vacation of 2 weeks.
